V St. 203k

My current DC 203k project is a full FHA 203k renovation on V St. When I firt inspected the property, it was 2 apartments in need of a complete renovation. The home required structural repairs, new roofing,Electrical, plumbing & HVAC upgrades, new windows, doors, a complete upgrade to current building standards. As a HUD certified 203k consultant, my job is to create a detailed work write up, prepare accurate & details repair estimates, coordinate with the loan officer, contractor & homeowner to make sure the renovation moves from start to finish.The 203k loan allows borrowers to bundle the purchase price & repair costs into one simple loan making it possible to transform distressed properties into safe beautiful homes.
